Providing Nashville with historic railroad experiences since 1991.

The Tennessee Central Railway Museum is a living history museum that offers historical theme based train rides on select Saturdays. This is our primary focus.

The Museum currently does not have regular hours during week. The phone is not answered regularly and the best way to reach a point of contact is to email us at terry.bebout@tcry.org.

The museums railroad hobby shop is open Saturdays 10 To 2 and features HO and N scale trains and supplies. There are normally some volunteers around on Saturdays during this time to give tours (except on excursion train operating days).

Tickets for excursions can be purchased by clicking the “Book A Trip” button below.

Vintage Rail Travel Recreated!

All aboard for the ultimate nostalgia trip.

All of TCRM’s equipment hails from the golden age of passenger rail travel; a place in time long since superseded by the interstates and airplanes. How well does the romance and nostalgia of rail travel hold up today? Climb aboard one of our many excursions, and experience how much, or how little, things have changed over the past half century!

If you can’t come ride with us on the wonderful Tennessee Central Railroad please consider donating. Every dollar helps keep this wonderful piece of history alive and on the rails.
